What is Net Issuance (Reduction) of Debt?
Net issuance (reduction) of debt represents the total amount of cash a company gains from new borrowings minus the cash used to repay existing debt during a period. A positive number means the company raised more debt than it repaid; a negative number means it paid off more than it borrowed.
