How to Upgrade to a Paid Plan on the Musaffa Web App

Step 1: Understand the Plans

Musaffa offers three paid plans: Starter, Premium, and Premium Plus. These plans are available on both the web and mobile apps, with identical features.

Step 2: Log in to Your Account

  1. Visit Musaffa's website.

  2. Log in to your account using your credentials.

Step 3: Access the Upgrade Page

  1. On your account homepage, look for the "Upgrade" button.

  2. Click on it to view the available plans.

Step 4: Choose a Plan

  1. Select the plan that fits your needs: Starter, Premium, or Premium Plus.

  2. Decide whether you want a monthly or annual subscription.

Step 5: Adjustments for Upgrades

  • If you’re upgrading from one plan to another (e.g., Starter to Premium), the amount you’ve already paid will be pro-rated and adjusted against the new plan.

  • Example:

    • If you subscribed to Musaffa Starter (Monthly) for $10 and decide to upgrade to Musaffa Premium (Monthly) for $30 after 15 days, you’ll receive a $5 credit for the unused portion of your Starter plan. This will reduce the cost of your Premium upgrade accordingly.

Step 6: Complete the Payment

  1. Review the details of your selected plan, including the pro-rata adjustment.

  2. Proceed to make the payment securely.
