How to Cancel Auto-Renewal of Your Musaffa Plan

Step 1: Log in to Your Musaffa Account

  • Open the Musaffa Mobile App.

  • Log in to your account.

Step 2: Access the Profile Menu

  1. Go to the “Profile” menu in the app.

  2. You can find this option in the navigation bar

Step 3: Manage Subscription

  1. In the Profile menu, select the “Subscription” option.

  2. You’ll see an option to cancel auto-renewal.

Step 4: Cancel Auto-Renewal

  1. Click on “Cancel Auto-Renewal”.

  2. Once canceled, your subscription will remain active until the current billing cycle ends.

  3. After the renewal date, your account will automatically be downgraded to the Free plan.
