What is Net Margin?

Net Margin is a ratio that measures how much profit a company keeps from its total revenue after covering all expenses, including operating costs, interest, taxes, and other expenses. It is expressed as a percentage and shows how efficiently a company turns revenue into profit.

Formula:
Net Margin = (Net income / Revenue) * 100%
